The “Ulap” hitmaker is back with another feel-good indie rock single, “Darling, Darling.”
And to add more fun, he also released a music video directed by the Filipino-Belgian director and film conservationist Dominic Bekaert of Zoopraxi Studio.
Sprinkled with groove party vibe, Rob Deniel’s latest music video offers eye-pleasing retro aesthetics that match the vibe of his track.
“We wanted to transcribe the warmth and fun of the song by bringing the audience back to the house parties we all miss and those precious moments we spend with our friends,” says director Dominic Bekaert.
The director adds that he played more with the handheld camera to capture the house party feel of the movie video.
“We always try to create something different for each video we make. This one allowed us to play more with a handheld camera to put us in the center of the action plus it was one of the smoothest shoots we’ve had and it was lots of fun !”
In case you missed it, “Darling, Darling” is presently the cover of Radar Philippines on Spotify and it’s also one of the tracks featured on Apple Music’s Absolute OPM playlist during its initial release on different digital music platforms.
