When Selya’s (Rosanna Roces) life is put in danger, Enteng (Vic Sotto) saves her and brings her home to his province where they pretend to be husband and wife.
This 1999 film collab between Viva Films and Vic Sotto’s M-Zet Productions, brought onscreen the rare tandem of Vic Sotto and Rosanna Roces.
Here, Vic plays as his perennial onscreen name Enteng, a hard-luck promdi when it comes matters of the heart.
He sets foot in the big city upon the invitation of his cousin. There he meets Selya (Rosanna), his cousin’s grumpy landlady.
When her life is put in danger, he saves her and brings her home to his province where they pretend to be married.
Written and directed by Tony Y. Reyes, the Vic Sotto signature rom-com also stars Patricia Javier, Nova Villa, Yoyong Martirez, Norman Mitchell, Val Sotto, Elizabeth Oropesa, Rez Cortez, and many more.
